How it works

One client journey, from the first message to the handover.

This is what a project looks like when everything is in one place. Your job is the design; the system carries the rest.

10:40 pm, a new message on your website

The assistant replies at once, asks about floor area, budget, deadline and style, and asks for a photo of the room. In the morning you find a completed client card.

Morning: a notification and a client card

Every detail, message and photo in one place. You see the source and where the client stands: new, survey, quote, contract.

A render before the contract

The photo becomes 2 to 4 style variations in about a minute. You review them and send only what you approve, labelled as an illustration, not a measured design.

Quote, online acceptance, deposit

Design fee per square metre, per package or per hour, with an itemised list. The client accepts online and the deposit invoice goes out by itself.

Approvals in the portal

The client approves designs and line items in the portal or from an email link. Your markup stays hidden.

Procurement and handover

The procurement list shows trade price, sale price, markup and status. After the handover the system asks for a review.

Getting started

How you start.

A 30-minute call

I look at what you use today and what is worth replacing first.

Setup

I set up the website assistant from your own texts, prices and style, in your colours, with a human face.

Data migration

I move your clients and live projects over from folders and spreadsheets, free of the setup fee for founding partners.

Go live

The assistant and the renders go live in the first week. For founding partners the other modules follow within 8 weeks.

See it on a photo of your own room.

Upload a photo, pick a style, and in about a minute you see what your client could get before signing.
