Solo
For a designer who runs every project alone.
AI website assistant, client manager, photo-to-render visuals, quotes, client portal and procurement list in one system. It replaces the folders, the spreadsheets, the scattered messages and the separate tools.
According to my own October 2026 survey, none of the global tools I compared puts an AI website assistant, photo-to-render visuals, quotes and a client portal into one system at a flat monthly fee.
Before: your room photoHi! Upload a photo of the room, pick a style, and in about a minute I show you the result. Your client sees what they get before they sign.
Questions arrive in the evening, at the weekend, during a site visit. By the time you answer, they are talking to someone else.
Hours go into ideas and sketches before anything is signed, and often no job follows.
There is no single place that shows where each client stands, what they approved and what your markup is on procurement.
Last year, how many enquiries turned into paid projects, and where did the others drop off?
No sign-up, on your own photo or a sample room. 3 free renders a day; I delete your photo after 24 hours.
It answers on your website straight away, qualifies the enquiry, asks for photos and books a meeting, even at night.
Every detail, message and file lands in one place, and you get a notification at once.
Style variations are made from the room photo, and you decide what goes to the client.
The client accepts the quote online, the deposit invoice goes out by itself, approvals run in the portal.
Answers on your studio website day and night, from your own information. Asks about floor area, budget, deadline and style, takes photos and books meetings.
Replaces: a separate chat widget, missed Instagram messages and "I will reply tonight"
One client card, one message thread. See where every client stands: new, survey, quote, contract, won or lost.
Replaces: folders, spreadsheets and searching through messages
Style variations from a photo of the room in about a minute, with material and colour swaps and a before and after view. Your client sees something before signing, without your hours.
Replaces: the free concept round before the contract and the outsourced render that takes weeks
Design fee per square metre, per package or per hour, with an itemised product and material list and your markup. PDF, online acceptance, deposit invoice.
Replaces: the Word template, the manual sums and separate invoicing
Clients approve renders and line items here, send messages and see the files. They never see your markup.
Replaces: scattered email threads and the "which version is final?" question
Product, link, trade price, sale price, markup and status in one table, totalled per supplier.
Replaces: the procurement spreadsheet and forgotten markups
A first reply within 1 minute, follow-up for enquiries that go quiet, quote and approval reminders, payment reminders and review requests.
Replaces: the to-do list in your head and the follow-up that never happens
I do not promise what is not finished. For the founding partners I deliver the rest by a deadline written into the contract, and if I miss it, I refund the fees.

How it compares with Houzz Pro, Mydoma, Programa, DesignFiles, Foyr and AI render apps
For a designer who runs every project alone.
For a studio of 2 or 3 people with 5 to 15 live projects.
For a practice of 4 to 8 designers or the design team of a fit-out contractor.
For a large firm with several teams or brands.
Prices are in EUR. I invoice as a Hungarian sole trader under the Hungarian small business VAT exemption, so no VAT is added to my invoice. Business customers in other EU countries account for any VAT due in their own country under the reverse charge. Paid yearly, you pay 10 monthly fees for 12 months and no setup fee. The first 3 founding partner studios pay 50% of the list price, monthly, for as long as they stay subscribed.
No prepayment and no free period: you pay the discounted fee monthly from the first month. In return you give feedback, and if it works, you tell other designers.
Live and testable today: the AI website assistant (the chat in the bottom right corner) and the photo-to-render visuals on the Try it page. The client manager, the quote builder, the client portal and the automations go live for the first 3 founding partner studios within 8 weeks of signing, with the deadline in the contract. If I miss it, I refund the fees paid so far.
It shows mood and direction before the contract: style, colours, materials and furniture. It is not a measured design: it may shift a window or the proportions, the furniture in it is not a specific product you can order, and no construction drawing (tiling layout, kitchen unit sizes, building services) can be made from it. That is why every image is labelled as an illustration, and none reaches the client without your approval.
The image shows the mood. The measured design, the procurement and the site supervision remain your paid work. You decide when and in what depth the client sees it, and nothing goes out without your approval.
Folders and spreadsheets for clients, quotes and procurement, the separate chat on your website, searching through Instagram and WhatsApp messages, the outsourced render before the contract, and a custom-built client database if you have one. It is meant to replace them, not to sit next to them.
Solo: €99 a month, Studio: €249 a month, Office: €449 a month, Agency: from €899 a month. Monthly billing has a one-time setup fee (€790 for Studio); paid yearly you pay 10 monthly fees for 12 months and no setup fee (Studio: €2,490 a year). Prices are in EUR. I invoice as a Hungarian sole trader under the Hungarian small business VAT exemption, so no VAT is added to my invoice. Business customers in other EU countries account for any VAT due in their own country under the reverse charge.
This English site, the chat and the render demo are in English, and the website assistant replies in the language your visitor writes in. The system was first built for Hungarian studios, so tell me which language your clients use: the written offer states exactly which parts you get in English.
I sign a written data processing agreement with every studio (GDPR Article 28). Transfers are encrypted, I delete on request, and photos uploaded to the Try it page are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
Your data can be exported at any time, and the contract covers the data handover and a 30-day exit period; annual fees come with a 60-day refund.
Upload a photo, pick a style, and in about a minute you see what your client could get before signing.
